DR. GAJRAJ
Dr. Gajraj is in private practice at the North Texas Center for Pain Management in Plano. He was previously an Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management, U.T. Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas. He has practiced medicine for more than 30 years both in the United Kingdom and United States. He has authored more than 100 publications and has delivered many lectures nationally and internationally. Dr is board certified in Anesthesiology and is a diplomate of the American Board of Pain Medicine.


OLGA WIGGINTON FNP-C: NURSE PRACTITIONER
Olga comes to us from Siberia. She has extensive experience in Orthopedics, where she worked in the world’s largest Orthopedic and Trauma Hospital. She left Russia in 2003 and came to the States on a work visa to work for Orthofix Inc. She was trained at Duke University, has a dual master’s degree in Nursing (TWU) and Healthcare Management (UTD). Before coming on board, she worked as a Transitional Hospital and Home Health nurse. She also trained students at Collin College to become CNAs. She is involved in medical consulting, where she shares her expertise and experience with orthopedic surgeons in planning operations and procedures involving external fixation devices. She enjoys family time, spending time with her husband, raising her 15-year-old daughter, and traveling.
DARSHANA
A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Darshana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Oklahoma City University. She started her career as a bedside nurse in Medical City, Dallas, as a Step-down ICU Neuro/Surgical Nurse. She then worked in surgical oncology in Medical City, Plano, and later in orthopedics at Baylor Scott and White, McKinney. Darshana’s other areas of specialties as a Nurse practitioner in Family practice, Neurology, hospice/palliative care, and home health. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a professional certified Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, and Facial filler. She is fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi/Urdu.
Darshana is a resident of McKinney with a family of four – a husband and two daughters. Darshana’s interests and hobbies include spending time with her family, physical activities, outdoor adventures, and traveling.

DR. ADAM MILROY, DC
Dr. Milroy’s interests are in hormones, weight loss, and predictive medical health. Through the many years of being involved in competitive athletics, he has a unique insight in treating athletes of all competition levels.
Adam enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and college football. He also enjoys golf, weight training, and treating residents in senior living communities.
